Ivan Delgado

Always an advocate for Latino advancement, Ivan’s commitment to the Latino
community started before his real estate career. As an agent, Ivan believes in giving

holds first-time homebuyer seminars and income tax classes in his community in
Allen, Texas to better serve his clients. His own homebuying experience when
emigrating from Lima, Peru motivates him to assist new immigrants purchase
